This page explains, in plain words, what you get when you make a page on Sendajoy and what both sides agree to.

What Sendajoy is

Sendajoy makes a personal greeting or invitation page from the photos and words you choose. When it is ready, the page gets its own permanent link, and you send that link to the person it is for — instead of a paper card.

The service is a tool for making and hosting your page. The photos and text on the page are yours; you decide what goes on it.

Free during the launch

While we are launching in Thailand, making a page is free. A page stays online for 100 days from the moment it is published. You can extend it from its own link. If a price appears later, it will apply only to new pages made after that — pages already online keep their terms.

Review before publishing

Every page is checked before it opens, so that what goes online is safe and does not harm anyone. Usually this is quick. We may decline or later remove a page that breaks the rules below, and we do not owe an explanation for a decision made in good faith about safety.

What you agree to

By making a page you confirm that:

• you have the right to use the photos and text you upload;
• the page is not used to impersonate someone, to deceive, threaten, or harass;
• the page contains nothing illegal, nothing that sexualises or endangers minors, and nothing that infringes another person's rights.

The link is unlisted, not secret

Personal pages are not shown in search and are not listed anywhere on the site — only the person who has the link can open it. Treat the link like the card itself: anyone you forward it to can see the page.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We keep it running with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for the content you or others put on a page.
