Short rules for using the site. They exist so that pages stay safe for the people who receive them.

Who may use the service

You may use Sendajoy if you can enter into a binding agreement. If you are making a page for a child's celebration, you do so as the adult responsible for it.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and text you upload. You grant us only what we need to make and host your page: to store the files, process the images, and show the page at its link for the time it is online. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload.

What is not allowed

• content that is illegal where you or the recipient are;
• anything that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors;
• impersonation, fraud, threats, harassment or hate;
• other people's private data or copyrighted material you have no right to use;
• using the service to send spam or to attack the site.

Moderation and removal

We review pages before they open and may decline or remove any page that breaks these rules. A page reported through the report form may be closed while we look into it.

How long a page lives

A page stays online for 100 days from publication and can be extended from its link. After it expires there is a short grace period; then the page and its files are deleted for good.

Ending use

You can ask us to remove your page at any time through the report form or by email. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.
