A memorial gift: a loved one’s photo, painted slowly, to a quiet song
When someone has lost a mother, a father or a friend, words are hard to find. An artmoovik made in memory is a quiet way to say something: their photo, painted in oil stroke by stroke to a gentle song, and a few words at the end.
How we make it
Send us a favourite photo. It does not need to be perfect; an old print photographed with a phone is fine. We paint it in oil, large brushes first and then the details, so the face appears slowly. You choose a calm mood for the music, and we write a song from what you tell us about them.
For yourself, or for someone grieving
You can order one for yourself, to keep and replay, or send it to a friend or a parent a few weeks after the funeral, when the cards have stopped coming. It can also be shown at a memorial gathering.
What to write
Keep it simple. A memory, and what they gave you. “Dad, you taught me to fix a bike, to keep a promise and to laugh at myself. I still hear you every time I get it wrong.”
We take care with your photos
Your photos and your story are used only for your artmoovik and are never published. Photos are deleted 90 days after the work is finished.
What it costs
$25 in total, paid when you order. Within 24 hours we email you the first sketch; once you approve it, we finish the painting and the song, usually in 1–2 days.
How to order
- Choose an artmoovik in the gallery, or fill in “Made for you”.
- Write their name and your letter, or tell us the story.
- Pay, and get a private link to send whenever you like.
Questions
Can I see it before the family does? Yes. We send you the sketch first, and you receive the finished link before anyone else.
Is this a physical painting? No. It is a private web page: the painting appears stroke by stroke to its song, then your letter and a certificate number. Nothing is shipped. You can save the final frame as an image and print it if you like.
Is AI involved? Yes, and we say so openly. The songs are made with AI music tools, and the painting is drawn by our own code, stroke by stroke. The letter is yours, word for word, and nobody else gets the same piece.
How do I pay? At the moment we accept USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20). The page shows the exact amount and a QR code, and updates by itself a minute or two after the transfer.
