A gift that is made once

What is an artmoovik?

An artmoovik is a painting you watch being made. It appears continuously, stroke by stroke, to a song written for and dedicated to one person. The brush is code. Each artmoovik exists in a single copy, comes with a numbered certificate, and is never repeated.

The word comes from art + movie + “moove”: the painting moves.

Painting, song, person

The painting. Every artmoovik is painted by code in a real technique: oil impasto, gouache on linen, embroidery with one red thread, linocut and ink, charcoal. You see each stroke land, from the first line to the last highlight.

The song. Each piece has its own song. The artist creates the idea, the images and the story; the words and the music are made with AI.

The person. An artmoovik is made for one person. Their name and your letter appear on a private gift page with the painting and its song.

Why one of one

When an artmoovik is sold, it leaves the gallery and our Instagram for good. From then on it exists only as its owner’s token (NFT) — we never paint or sell it again. The certificate number and the 1 of 1 token on the Base network are the proof that nobody else has the same piece. The token holds the painting and its song, without names or letter: keep it, gift it, or list it on OpenSea and other marketplaces.
